Ng Ah Sio (黃亞细), Singapore

I appreciate the small establishments that specialize in one or two items. It sometimes means that they can do those few items really well, such is the case at 黃亞细. This place is hard-core, and if you dig local delicacies, you ought to pay this joint a visit and try their pork rib soup or Bak Kut Teh. Their soup is aromatic, their pork ribs sweet and juicy. Accompanied with fresh garnish such as sliced red chilies, cilantro and slice 油條, all you need is some rice to go with it. Sublime.

The place to go in Singapore for Pork Rib Soup!

Make sure you don't go on a Monday.
