Restaurant Orhan, Dubrovnik, Croatia

Although it was about 2 years ago that I visited this restaurant, now that I have this blog up and running, I want to include this for sure. I was on a cruise trip, and Dubrovnik was one of the stops. But what a stop it was! One of the highlights of Dubrovnik was this restaurant. The food and seafood here was fresh and preparation was simple. And the setting was just idyllic. I came across this restaurant from an in-flight magazine (British Airways) on the trip, coincidentally there was an article on Dubrovnik. And it was as good as how the article described it! The restaurant is situated right next to the water, which was a gorgeous turquoise blue. It was so beautiful that my girl friend and I decided to take a dip after lunch! Would love to go back if there is ever a chance.

This was the view from our table.

The leather bound menu, with the water and kayaks in the background.

This was one of the seafood dishes we had- squid, sorry for the half- eaten state.

This is the pier located right next to the restaurant. Great place for a dip!
