This chocolate shop is located from a short walk from The 240, where I spent my last night in Phnom Penh on my recent trip. A big glass box displays and refrigerates 3 levels of chocolates. The workshop is behind a glass partitioned room at the back, so you know the chocolates are as fresh as can be. You can buy by the piece which was about USD $ 1.00, much cheaper than what you can find in HK. I especially appreciate the fact that Griet, the owner/ GM, incorporates local ingredients into the chocolates such as their praline with white pepper from Kampot, a southern province in Cambodia. It was actually the first time I tried chocolate and pepper together, and they go surprisingly well together!
