On my way to visit Hiddengem’s studio ( in Tsuen Wan, I stumbled upon this noodle joint by chance.  But their fish balls 魚蛋 and noodles turn out to be quite exceptional.  Ihad their wide noodle 粗麵, which was crunchy and al dente.  The texture of their fish balls was just right, neither too hard or too soft. My Chinese ain’t very good, so I will not attempt to translate the name of this joint. (I know cow, but no idea about the other character.)
